The only time you should worry about negative reports on a company is when there is a lopsided bad:good ratio.
Everybody is quick to complain but slow to compliment. No carrier is 100% peaches & cream, not even WalMart, LandStar, or Farm2Fleet.
A lot of negative reports come from sour grapes drivers and don't necessarily reflect on the company itself. When drivers actually feel compelled to share positive experiences with their company (and aren't being paid to do so!), it says a lot more about the company than some prick that couldn't manage his time getting fired for late deliveries, trying to salvage his ego by crap-talking the company.T_TRUCKERâ¢, Rooster1291979, Ebola Guy and 1 other person Thank this. -
Don't know anything about the company, but Decker Truck Line just built a new $2 million dollar terminal in Bessemer.
