I would like to know your opinions on where a driver would make the most money between Maverick vs. TMC. I live in Indiana and would drive OTR.

What other significant differences are there between them?

Maverick is all Autos idk if that makes a difference but TMC has way nicer trucks. TMC also has the option of getting paid by % I believe it's 47? I'm not sure on the exact number but it sounds like a really good deal. If I were to chose between the 2 I'd go with tmc just because I would never drive an auto both company's have threads on here. Do plenty of research on both and figure out what's a better fit for you.
have you looked into Melton Van Lines? Or Roehl Transport?
Melton is an all flatbed co. And Roehl has a good flatbed division

I have done quite a bit of research on both, just indecisive on who I want to go with. I have looked at a lot of companies including the ones you mentioned. If I decide flatbed it will most likely be between Mav, TMC, and Fraley & Schilling.

Both companies are great companies to work for. TMC pays % which ends up being around .47-.49 per mile. Marverick pays only per mile. Maverick is all auto's, tmc is 13's and 9's. Both companies are friendly with each other. tmc drivers load along side maverick drivers quite a bit. Neither would be a bad choice. I drive for TMC and think TMC has one of the best training programs. TMC also is offering employee ownership giving you a piece of the company. Im now an O/O so that doesnt apply to me.

I looked at Boyd also. They will actually pay me more than all the rest by a fair amount, but the reviews I have read have been 50/50. Too many negatives for me to consider the positives.

That is why I am considering the 3 I stated. They have all have great reviews with the exception of a few about TMC.

Do you drive for them 77? I don't see on their website if they hire out of school with no recent experience or not.
