Im from Orange County California so extreme cold is 50, extreme heat is 90. Its not an option for me to deal with anything below 50. So I guess Phoenix was the logical relocation choice.

Definitely the heat. I am in north Louisiana & I am too far north now! If I go anywhere, it'll be south like the Bahama's, maybe the Florida Keys or something... certainly not north.

you can always put more clothes on, you can only take so much off before your naked. in oilfeilds you always have to have boots long sleeved fire resistant shirts on and fire resistant long pants. and the FR clothing doesn't breath well.

iv had frost bite and iv had heat stroke. both are miserable, but i think id take the cold over the heat.

I would rather live on the West Coast and not have to work. But since the West Coast is too pricey for me at the moment, and I do indeed have to work, I will go where the most money is, since that is where I can reach my financial goals in less time and then go to where I want to be in the first place. And that means North Dakota.
