DelrayDriver, you're welcome! I seen some of those hoods sitting out for sale,in southern oklahoma on us75,on the north bound side, but that was a few years ago,but I'm sure they can be found about anywhere! Another tasty add on (just my .02worth),would be a 70"bunk with sliding windows on each side!We had a 78 359 pete, with a 36"double door sleeper, when I was little,I hate little dinky sleepers, cause I don't have the dough to stay at the Hilton, every night like some guys out on the road do,but that's just my 2 cents worth!!!
what other hoods will fit my 2000 377 sfa??

Understood, i dont hate the front of my truck anyway. likely will look into getting some standard double rectangle mounted and glassed in place of the oem, i think that would look pretty good without busting the bank.

I put a 378 hood on my 377 sfa.. nothing major at all. Just need to take the bumper mount off of the 377 and use the hood hinge mounts from the 378. Very easy. And fits perfect
dukwcapt and Boardhauler Thank this. -

Hi delraydriver,
Were you ever able to swap out your hood? I've been on a quest to do the same thing! I have a 1988 376 with a set forward axle (376 is a single screw but otherwise same as 377) -

Will any year 378 hood fit my 1988 376 sfa (just like a 377, but single screw)
THANKS gary!
