OK, so here is my issue. I have a 99 Pete 379 with a cummins n14. I have replaced the backup light switch and i am still getting no power to it. I need help, is there a fuse or something i am missing here. I am about up the wall with this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

most OEM's share power to the back up light switch with the air dryer heater power.See if you have 12 volts at 2 pin harness at air dryer. If not,you are on the correct path to repair.good luck.

I just went through this with a 2008 388. The reverse light power came from a fuse marked "Spare Accessory", so make sure all your fuses are in and good. On that particular truck, someone pulled the fuse out for whatever reason. When I put the new one in, it was fine.
