Man, glad I came to Schneider. Not been out yet, granted. But reading a thread about worn tires and forced dispatch and no repairs. Makes me glad SNI has a higher standard than whats allowed by regs. Sure its only 1/32 higher , but to me it says a lot about the company.

just a little tip for ya. lots of companies say non forced dispatch however if you start turning down loads your going to end up sitting and usually getting worse loads at most any company.

Good Morning Schneider Driver's, It's saturday the 17th of December, today's forcast is for more of the same as before........... Let's not forget the lovely ladies in our lives ( and for you new driver'si'm not talking about the waitress who flirtedwithyou to get a bigger tip....LOL ) The lady in your life deserves a great gift for dealing with every thing while your on paid vacation sight seeing the country....LOL. And for the ladies reading this don't forget to tell that special man in your life..... That this year the Hubby is actually coming home ( unlike last year when he said he wouldn't make it and you had to explain the pool man being there in December when the Hubby showed up at last minute. Oh and get your Hubby something not trucking related ( ladies you have no idea how many blowup dolls are just thrown in truckstop parking lots in january ) they aren't as sturdy as advertised ! And lets not forget the Kiddos i mean come on guys with one in every other state i know it's hard to keep track of them but do like i do all their names begin with the states First letter. It helps remind me to stay away from those states.....LOL I am of course just trying to make fun albeit unsuccessfully, I do wish everyone a safe weekend and hope you all have a great day........

Not saying I would turn it down provided the hours are there. The guy in that thread was worried about what he should do with a truck with balding steers and no repairs in sight.
Is there something about Schneider thats not being said? I am on the company side of things.trucker43 Thanks this. -
like what mickey, ask and i'll tell you my experiences if it will help.

Ok, how long had you been driving before you hired on?
Realistically , how many miles can I EXPECT to run when I'm on my own? Yeah, I ve heard the average available is 2500-3000 depending. How accurate is that?
I get that companymans post was refering in general to the industry, but seemed to alude to schneider too. -
I've talked to drivers here who whine about no miles. I've talked to drivers who say they get lots of miles.
I try to average 2600-2800 per 7 day period, and do most of the time. I work 14/7 so I try to make sure it averages 1800 a week...including that week off. -
i wasnt aluding to anything. trust me if i have an opinion i have no problem expressing it. i am a choice program owner operator. i book all my loads myself off the load board. i have no.idea how sni dispatches nor do i care to find out
trucker43 Thanks this. -
you mean that waitress really didnt think i was hot?
