Hi amiller, really sorry to hear that. I had a similar situation a few months ago. I had a good trucker friend many years ago, his name was Al Dunn, from Dousman, Wis., had his own flatbed. Did a lot of trucking together in the 70's and 80's with him, not to mention biking and stuff. Well, we lost track of each other, for like 15 years, and nearing retirement, I always wanted to reconnect with him, as when we were young truckers, we always talked about being retired, fishing with no bait on the hook. Anyway, I decided to look him up, as he was of retirement age too, by now, and when I punched his name in the computer, an obituary came up. Apparently, he went in for a routine (?) gall bladder operation, AND DIED ON THE OPERATING TABLE. I was devastated, we never got to go fishing, and talk like bigshots about our trucking years. So you never know.
