You 11 or 10s someone will have to sit it out an extra shift on the 7th- 8th day due to the new reset rules. If you get home that will work out great. If on the road that will suck.

8.75 each day will keep you working, showered, and not sitting around watching each other sleep. Rolling the longer hours will only get you to your reset quicker, sitting more, and not more average mile now days.

Why bother w/reset? Run 10s-and just take 24 off (one 24 hr period)& then keep pick in up 10--why wait the other 12? Assuming they are really giving yall team frt&keep you moving.....

Is the 1am - 5am requirement still in effect? Seems I read somewhere it's been suspended due to the confusion it caused as well as lack of evidence it's safer.

The 1am-5am is still in suspension. You just take 34 hours off, any hours that amount to 34. And how many times per week as you care to. BUT! It will soon change, so enjoy the freedom while you can.

Haven't heard anything on the soon changing back. They still don't jabe any test results. Which were due last month. And congress don't seem to have any thinking about it in any upcoming bills.

I hope it never happens, but my own personal opinion is that by the end of the year, we will be operating under a different set of "reset hours". Once it is submitted to Congress, the change can take place.

It would be truly amazing, if, of all the things these idiots have on their plate, they decide to pork drivers in the ###.
