Idk might be local company in your state. The ones I'm use to seeing is virginia transport they run mostly sleepers but doing day cabs now since they got a terminal coming in Lincoln,Al But it's cassens there red they mainly go up north. And Usal and Hansen. I don't know who that could be running day cabs. And I got a call from Jack cooper two weeks ago from a recruiter he told me he was sending my app to Birmingham but I applied for them bout a month ago I didn't say nothing to him I was hired at Hansen I was waiting on my drug test to come back but they never call me back say they get a 1.20 a mile loaded that's pretty good there union tho hear good and bad things about them

Do anybody know how long it take you to get to the maximum % of the load? That's starting out as a new driver of car hauling.

What is the maximum % , I thought a while back I saw a company or maybe it was a thread I read about 30% I'm not sure but that's a good question I was kind of wondering the same myself

I just looked at some old threads , it seems like 25% is the rate for a solo driver & team rate is 30% .

I think it's 24% out of the terminal I'm going to be out of and I thought I heard him say it stop at 28%. I just hope in 2 or 3 years I can make 6 figures. Cause some new people that go to other companies they can make six figures in a years time or close to it and that's coming threw the door. I know with jack cooper they pay a 1.20 a mile coming threw the door and you average bout 2000 miles a week from what I was told

Yeah the ad says 75k first year , my take home now where I'm at is not bad but I'm out all week and off Saturday evenings and go back in Monday plus the pay over here has gotten stagnant come next year with this insurance hike my check I'll be going down even further so I know the earning potential and car hauling is out there I just got to get past this learning curve and the sky's the limit after that hopefully after 2 years experience you can go anywhere in that field
