    How do you get commercial driver pay in an aviation bill?!?

    I guarantee this is all about the big DC's feeling the pressure of getting billed for their "free storage". At least my company will hit a customer up for detention because they know a tied up unit isn't earning for the company.

    But you know those mega carriers, "we loose money on every run, but we make it up on volume!"
