Prime NOOB
Hey Everyone, I just got my CDL this last week, and now im in the job hunting market. Ive been reading some of the forums here and see alot of good comments. I was on their webite and didnt really see the info i was looking for. So hopefully someone here can answer my questions.
1. Where are the hiring areas?
2. Having a CDL already(noob CDL), what can I expect for training time?
3. Does Prime have anything in the Seattle area?
Any other information would be much appreciated, I have several intents to hire already, but Im having an extremely hard time choosing. So many options for Trucking companies out there.

I'll answer what I can.
1. No idea.
2 Prime Career Path as a CDL holder, you go in for orientation, then get assigned a trainer, drive 40k miles (but this number may not be correct at the moment. I heard/read they were adjusting it upwards to 50k. Someone currently at SpringMo can probably get that information.) This can be done in about 6 to 8 weeks, depending on how many miles you and your trainer cover during that time. Based on 5k miles/week and no break downs, 8 weeks. During which you will be paid $500/wk for the first 4, then $600/wk for the remainder. This is because you already hold your CDL.
3. Not sure on this one either. Also, if your trainer feels you need more time, you'll put in more miles.
Your best bet is to call a recruiter.
