Finished! Finally lol. You all getting close? Im hanging at the campus inn this weekend, and I think ill try and get a jump on everything if I can this weekend.
I can say im glad to be off my trainers truck. Had a decent time with him, decent trainer, good dude, but he did stuff that drove me frickin nuts.
Good luck finishing up yall, maybe ill see a couple of you back here -
A jump??? All of your upgrade is based around the ACE upgrade orientation. Don't bother with the leasing office... they won't talk to you about your truck assignment until the day you're due in the office. Best plan is to just have a good weekend relaxing, and be on time Monday AM.
-
I got started today, Smith system, cbt's and sim lab. They were saying I may possibly be able to do my ace class tomorrow. Think they're trying to break the big groups up.
-
Unusual... they haven't usually run upgrade stuff across the weekends.

Great to hear pouring coal. I'll still be a few weeks but that's OK would rather start at the beginning of the month. Plus had an issue withy hard copy of my license. Spent 5 hrs on the phone with DMV Thursday. Fixed it but pain in the butt. Have about 6000 miles left. Should be done in a couple weeks.
Pouring Coal Thanks this. -
He'll have a few of the traditional classes... otherwise he'll be ahead of the rest and probably have extra free time this week. At best he'll probably be first guy in upgrade to get his truck keys. -
Check this out lol, I am doing my cbts on my laptop! I know ive got an ace class, but what else? Ive got 23 cbt's to do, goona have those knocked out today hopefully. Also, any advice on trying to get into a bigger lightweight truck like a prostar? Im a big guy, and those mid roof freightliners are a bit on the cramped side. Plus im thinking of taking my lighweight to the lease side when im ready to move over, so if I can find the right truck now it'd be nice.
Edit: Smith systems and sim lab upgrade test done and passed, scored 99/100. So far so good! -
Talk to your new FM about it... you might want to investigate what it will cost to support a MAXXForce engine. I understand the PMs are rather expensive.

yea copy that. I was just doing some reading on them and they seem to be sharing the last gen isx's issues with reliability. so, may be rethinking that. how the dd13's been as far as service life and reliability? I did bring it up to my fm, and he was less then helpful. ill talk with success or whoever we deal with on truck assignments and handle it myself.
What are your thoughts on running a lightweight on lease side? I could see it being benifical, more load possibilities, and better fuel mpgs being the main ones.
