I seen you in another thread talking about hard hard it can be finding a place to park In The Seattle area. Man you were not kidding if your are not in a truckstop by 3 pm your screwed. That was my first time out there and got lucky to get the last reserved spot at the T/A in North Bend.

In all fairness that's the truth in every major metro.
There's other little places, they're just harder to find because they're not sitting with a big sign that says "parking and diesel."
Ask a local guy, if you can find one, the next time you can't find parking. They'll be able to rattle off a bunch of places. -
You need to have been up there a few times to see where folks park. Truck stops fill up very fast in that part of the world, so not waiting until Ms Elogs is screaming about 15 minutes until she blows the nukes is probably a good plan.

In any metro area its good to research a plan B, C & D for parking. Look for industrial areas and warehouse areas where street parking is OK. In todays world of satelite mapping they are not hard to find.
