Can someone explain the ins and outs of the Advanced Fleet Program at Prime. Like where do you run, who does the IFTA, are you able to run your own loads? I am looking for as much detail as possible. Another question is what kind of rates are you getting. I would also like to know can the owner also communicate through the Qualcomm.

Considering nationwide average for Reefers is around $1.80/mile, if you're getting 77% which is $1.75 then it's based on $2.30 average. -
