Just curious - if you test out just above the 140/90, and fail the Prime physical but otherwise qualify for a 1-year Med Card, do they give you the card or not?

You can bring your blood pressure down by drinking apple cider vinegar. Take a couple of tablespoons in about 6 ounces of water once or twice a day. Get a blood pressure monitor you can keep with you to check your bp. Harbor Freight sells one for your wrist you can buy for about $15. You can also buy them at most drug stores. If your bp is running high you need to keep an eye on it. I think I may have already posted something about hawthorn berry extract. You can buy it at most health food stores. It will also lower your bp naturally. I would not take the bp meds. There are too many side effects. Taking an aspirin or two each day will also help. Try to get some exercise. If you are over weight, lose some weight. Those are a few things that will help bring down your bp.
