Congratulations. That's exciting.
-
I hope you het some good feedback from your post because that is one of my questions
-
What division did you end up going with? I am interested in Prime Tanker division.
-
I just went with Reefer and I'm happy that I did. I test out on wends or Thurs.
-
Good luck to you. How would you rate Primes training? Also why did you decide to go reefer over tanker?
-
Thanks man. Their training is top notch in my opinion aslong as you get a good trainer. I just did reefer over tanker for the moment because it's not as many tanker trainers and it would of took me longer to get my hours. I still might switch to tanker after TNT

I understand. I'm torn between Prime and Schneider. I hear Schneider has better bulk training and they have a facility within an hour of my house and better home time but I think Prime has better pay and equipment like the apu's and inverters plus they are strictly food grade. Either way I think the best bet would be to get a years experience and then get a local job. What area are you based out of?
-
Company drivers get 3 or 4 days home per 4 weeks out, I THINK. But hands down prime is the one of the best companies out here, our equipment is heck of a lot better then schniders, even if you have a terminal an hour away chances are your not going to get your cdl there. As for our apus... forget it man they are nothing but paperweights. Although we do have a pet policy, then again I'm A lease op and not too sure how company works
