What do you guys do to prevent Jungle Rot or other rashes from sitting so long in a truck, what other body ailments are common, and how do you prevent them....

    Thanks!

In my short seven years as a driver, I've never had "Jungle Rot" or any other funkiness. I may not have been able to shower every day, but I changed my drawers daily. I've got 10 times the amount of boxers than I had before I started driving.

Also antibacterial wipes for the days between showers is not only good for you, but for anyone you might run into throughout the day.

    Gold Bond Powder! and
Gold Bond Foot Powder! Use both after a shower and in abundance!
    Having good hygiene helps too!
Baby Wipes or Handi Wipes or a wash rag, water and liquid soap and that square trash can I keep telling ya'll about! These are for the times a shower wont happen on schedule!

Never drive soaked in sweat, take time to change at least your undergarments, get a beaded seat "cushion" for aeration. Lastly, to prevent chafing, either keep your junk wet with lotion or dry with powder, whatever works for you.

All very good suggestions and very good practices. I never had an issue with jungle rot or anything else either. Keep more than enough under garments and PLENTY of clean socks and also a pair of DRY shoes or some type of slipper for in the truck. If you leave your dirty wet shoes in the front by the passenger seat in some type of container they will dry out and you wont trash your truck out either. keep your feet and your privates dry use baby wipes and at LEAST shower every other day. Worked for me it should for anyone else too
