    Facts:

He was wrong to disobey dispatch.

    But,

if he had obey'd, and got stopped, and received a $5000.00 overweight fine...........

    then what ???

Ok,I would look for my weight on my BOL..Then look at my presure gauge..Get an idea about where I stood on weight ajust my tandoms accordingly.Take off to nearest scale and get legal.I just got a load gross at 78680 and had to scale 4 times before I was legal..Called dispatch told them my final axle weight #s and then contacted safty..This is crucial..cotact your safty dept if they give you the go and you get a ticket they are on the line for it..I was 11300 34000 33560..I had my doubts about rolling with that number so I called safty and they gave me the go ahead..I am new so if any of this is not correct please advise..
