I don't understand why the company can't tell you what the pay is in $? Really frustrating...does anyone know and want to spill it? If you know what any of the pay grade's equal to in $ I want to hear it...Thanks!
These pay grades are for non-driving positions.
Can anyone tell me what the salary is for pay grade 14,15,16 for Swift?

There are no pay grades for a driver. They get paid by the mile and your check will never be the same each week.

Heres what i found out, let say you gonna get pay'ed .34 a mile, guess what no your not, but yes are, that is true, let me try too explain, but out of that come your tax you have too pay uncle sam, plus anything you sign up for at your otr class ,such as life ins, 401 k, so yes your are making .34 , but after the knockdown , you come back down too allmost .24, depending how you much take out, and if you sit a lot , it;s get's worst too break even, so you do not decide how much you get, it's the company ,who decide on several things for your pay, like how many years driving, are you a safe driver and thing's like that and if you spend alot time inside the termal , playing kissy kissy , to put it nicly ,with big wigs you might get anthor 2 cent's on top that, thats why as a company driver, i dont know they expect too buy a company truck and make a go , i cant see it happening , now the o/o have there own pay scale for there own truck and trl and know what needs too be done too make the the $2600 a month paymebt , plus fuel, upkeep ect,

Sorry, most pay come with how much exp you can give the company, i too was going with swift, still am ,but company driver only , i always try too stay out of the inner workings of office, but while at swift down there, i went too breakroom too get coffee and a doughnut for breakfast, looked to my left there behind locked doors, and you can only opean with a card is dispacth , myself i dont care for that , i rather talk too face too face with dispacth , but i understand it too for there safety, ill look today and get back too you today, i have a few tool's and things a good dispacther gave me a driver never see , but i guess i gotta ask what are applying for , dispacth, safety office ect, load planner, and so forth. your best bet is too ask a o/o , becuse he these all rolled into one, Everett

Do you see his pay stub, on there somewere all group together is vac, fed tax, and on down the list should be on that list what pay grade he is, if anything like my ex wife who work for the state here, she was at pay grade 22 and had her ipers based on that, i too am not sure , but she been with the state for 22 years and woulda retired at 23 with nice bounus check and her ipers bounus , for 22 years, a very nice 2 bounus check, but look for his hire booklet or pack of papers they gave him when they hired him, or company manual should be in there, they have 2, one for drivers and one for office and shop personal,

Sorry I didn't see where you said non driving jobs. I don't think we'd know about the salary positions.
