Hello, Driving People.
I am a recent graduate. I'm really looking forward to working for Roehl. I had a car accident in Feb. 2010. My recruiter is just waiting for the copy of the accident report from me.
It was my first and only car accident. Will this affect my chances with them? I'm not sure word for word what the report will say but I am told that the review looks for loss of control incidents and there is an at least three years need to overlook it?
Am I in the gutter until next year with Roehl if this is the case?
Roehl employment and car accidents.

They may accept it but on serious probation
-
Probation is better than nothing. Do you think suggesting that would help in my favor?

Best have a plan B,
just in case !!DrtyDiesel Thanks this. -
I tall depends on the carrier and I can't speak for Roehl, but I got turned down by one carrier because my car was towed from the accident scene. Minor fender bender, no airbags, etc, but I rear ended someone, and my radiator was jarred and lost the water. Because of that I got towed. Because I got towed, I got rejected. That was my first accident in over 17 years.
Another carrier didn't care about the towing, jus thtat it was a minor accident and no injuries etc...
If Roehl turns you down, it doesn't mean you can't find work somewhere else.
Good Luck -
You are in NO position to make suggestions.
By the way, ALL companies WILL HAVE YOU on probation from day one.DrtyDiesel Thanks this. -
Crap, man.
Alright, thank you all.
My next in line to go with is werner. I've not seen a better or similar home time like Roehl. -
There is NO hiding from it. -
CSA doesn't cover accidents in personal vehicles...only CMV's.
