It's not CO. It may just be a local ordinance where you're delivering.
-
Sure would be nice for him to bring it to me instead of me going 75 miles up to WY just to come right back down!
Also, if that is the case, dispatch shoulda lined something up before hand!
I know when dispatch is in a pickle, they start being nice... throw around words like thanks and appreciate... -
HaHa, so true. I wonder why it wouldn't be easier for him to find somewhere to drop one outside of town instead of sending you through all the trouble? Maybe a time constraint. Who knows why dispatch does anything they do
-
It's not a time constraint, spose to meet him at 00:00 and deliver at 05:15. Only 170 miles.

CO requires an annual doubles permit for 111' and over which they probably don't have. He might have Rocky Mountain doubles on there which might be close to that? I'm not sure if they still allow that or not?
It's probably like trucail said and a local ordinance. You all could of met at Johnson's Corner if that is the case. -

Dieselwrangler, CondoCruiser, Trucail and 1 other person Thank this. -
turns out that I'm taking his pup for him because he's worried about road conditions south of Denver. -
