Hey, curious question in regards to whether Coca-Cola trucks are standard or automatic. If standard, 10 speeds?

Depends on what each distributor buys. Its up to them to decide what tranny to use.

I could see them even using a 6 speed.

I work for pepsi beverages company and we have some 10 speeds for our single axles but our tanduams are 12 speeds but all of our new trucks are all autos

When I worked for Johnston Coke the side bays were Internationals with Eaton 7 speeds. The bulk trucks were 9 speeds. The more you unload the faster they go, lol. But that was 16 years ago.

Where I work they're 7 speeds. All the new ones are auto though.

I saw a Coca-Cola truck sitting outside of a Bass Pro Shop. It was some kind of electrical hybrid, looked interesting.

In the northwest we have 6,7,10's, super 10's and all the new ones are autos. Im a relief driver so I get em all. The hybrids and autos are disappointing to drive.

My friend drove a new Freightshaker today,geared for 60 miles an hour,most there are 7spds or autos.The twin screws are 10 spds.
