Exclamation Swift Vs. Schneider

I'm interested in starting a career as a trucker. I need to get my CDL. And I'm looking for feed back on Swift (heard all the bad, whats the GOOD) and Schneider. Also if there are other companys that will pay for your training plaes freel free to chime in. Thanks for the advice guys.

Hello..from what I've taken on my short time on this forum is that Swift is a company that you don't want to associate yourself with.

Also, I've heard that Schnieder has a really good training program but they make you commit to 18 months of employment.
