This is my first new post. I wanted to know what are some good starter companies to get on with. Im currently in school for trucking and will graduate in about 3 weeks. Just a fire a few at me and tell me some pros and cons. We get recruiters coming to our school but so far Im looking to apply with H.O.wolding and maybe PTL. I want OTR, im not worried about home time. I want to make money. Must have manual transmission trucks. I didn't go through all this training to drive an automatic. Must have APU's on all trucks. thats pretty much my minimum. No need for Hazmat. I would have gotten it already but i don't have enough money for it right now. Oh and NO mandatory team driver. I don't want to work teams. Working with a complete stranger is just...yeah you get the picture. I thank you for any info you can give

Navajo Express runs coast-to-coast and has APU's.
PTL is OK but usually just run Eastern half of USA.
Melton Truck Lines has APU's and runs coast-to-coast.
