Quick question about drug screening

It won't show up in UA, but if you're going to have a follicle test, I'd cover my bases... So, yeah.

 

Don't offer the information to anyone other than a medical review officer that is calling you to discuss a possible dirty test! In this business work related injury is blackball material. Companies would rather you think there is no such phrase.

 

The above answer is correct. When you fail a drug test the Medical review people will call you and tell you that you failed. At that time you tell them your sad story. They will ask you for proof which will come in the form of a release so they can take directly to the hospital. They cannot talk to your employer until after they have spoken to the hospital.


Now on a side note. I do not use drugs. However, when I got out of prison I was forced to go to drug counselling. It is standard in Missouri and is a way to make money off us poor felons. I also had to do drug testing every two weeks. So to have some fun, I had my best friend who is also my doctor give me a script for Tylenol 3 with codeine. My drug screen always was positive. More paperwork for the Parole officer.

 

I doubt a school would hair folicle test. By law they can only look back 90 days, its not recognized or accepted by DOT.... yet. A UA, you'll be clear and as was stated above if the MRO contacts you with questions you can give them paperwork from the incedent. Don't just offer up information.

....and don't get nervous and drink a bunch of water before testing, a dilute/inconclusive result is not a pass.

 

you have nothing to worry about. If you were medicated in march that stuff is long gone out of your system. You wont be having any hair test at a truck driving school so relax and have a smoke. Just make sure its not WEED!

Why don't you do some research about it. Like Google. If you don't use why care what ppm of thc or any other drug.

 

Also, going to drug counseling is a complete waste of money if there are NO drugs in your system, along with NEVER having had any drugs in your system. This itself is outright CRIMINAL.
