Don't lie. It creates perfect opportunities for you to talk #### to the haters when they come at you. And they will. #### them.
I was the same as you only i was doing uppers before going to roadmaster. Never looked back. The only thing is though you need to make the choice to be clean from here on out. Drugs have no place around a big rig....
Except coffee. Coffee is goooood.erik775 Thanks this. -
Yup I feel the same way drugs and big rigs don't mix...It was just weed that I was smoking .but it's taking longer than I expected to get clean mainly I think cause I'm a big guy...I've been taking drug that I bought from the store but so far they were positive...its really frustrating.. But its all well worth giving up my old lifestyle for a good paying job and new life...
I've been clean for 3 months already. -
You may want to get as physically fit as possible to improve your health as much as possible. Also, really brush up on your nutrition, along with drinking PLENTY of water and herbal teas to TOTALLY CLEANSE out your system, NOT only of drugs, but other impurities in your body.
Also, it would NOT hurt you take additional supplements of vitamins A, B-Complex, C, D, E, along with mineral supplements as Calcium, Magnesium, Bilberry, Lutein, and CoQ10. A really decent health food store can guide you on a lot of this.
NOTE:
When you do eventually go to apply for a truck driving job, be sure to the let company know that you are taking these nutritional supplements.
I myself, along with other members of this forum, have ZERO tolerance for truck drivers using drugs.
However, if you have used them, you should have the opportunity to THOROUGHLY CLEANSE yourself before going school to learn how to drive a truck. It will take a lot of effort on your part.
NOTE:
If you do drink alcoholic beverages, you may want to refrain from that altogether. This way, there is no chance of failing a breathalyzer test at all. Alcohol and driving do NOT mix. Having 1 DUI or DWI can SEVERELY limit your chances of a decent truck driving career.
Good luck to you!erik775 Thanks this. -
