I used to drive a casino bus. $16.50 per hour. 55 to 60 hours a week, no overtime pay. plus tips.

$20/hr. on a part-time side gig running a bus doing tours of craft breweries in Boulder. No overtime policy, since everyone hired is part-time, hence, there aren't enough hours to get into overtime. I manage to get a few more than the others, since I also do the wrenching.

I just quit Greyhound Bus back in March. Their starting wage is 19.20 . You start off on the BiG Board which means you're on call. They'll call you at 1a.m and expect you to be at the depot within 2 hours. Depending where you are u can make 40 to 45 your first year. I only lasted 7 weeks. Most of the busses were ragamuffins. Just about every bus I took out had a mechanical problem. Greyhound bus stations are downright scarry places. The one in Nashville was the worst. Keep in mind they don't search people for weapons before getting on the bus. There are some crazy people on those busses. If you want to know what its like to be a greyhound driver or passenger go to you tube and punch in Greyhound Fights. You got to be a real GANGSTA to be a Greyhound driver. -
Good to know...

I really honestly thought starting wage at Greyhound was $7.25/hr
I looked into working for them once but their online application was a pain to fill out and also I thought being an OTR driver I was slightly overqualified, but there are other reasons I've given up thinking about it. one is the fact greyhound is...kinda scary
