I live above tramway and I was wondering if I can bring my truck home (bobtail) just to cross tramway to get home and cross once more when I leave. Anyone know if that's legally ok?

To be on the safe side, give a call to NM Gestapo, er state police if it is not in the city. If it is in the city call APD and ask them.
If there are signs saying truck prohibited or something similar, that is likely your answer right there. You might get away with making a delivery behind one of those signs, but not just to go home. -
I used to work for a towing company in Abuquerque and lived in the Heights, yes you can bring your bobtail home, APD is not that picky on Tramway even though it does have a 5 ton limit. It would be better to go up Juan Tabo and then East on what ever is the closest cross street and only run Tramway to your house for a block or two. I used to bring my heavy wrecker all the way across Tramway from our yard on Dorado to our yard on Alameda (sometimes I would go across Montgomery other times I would run Tramway all the way up to I-25 by the casino), never had a problem, but then again we towed for APD so they may have just been giving us a courtesy.

If your up Candelaria or whichever street you go East on then just crossover the Tram., we r down in BF south of Isleta, so we r good to go.
