Sunstate Carriers; saw some posts those drivers are home weekends or almost every weekend. Call and ask. They hire new CDL graduates. One of their drivers posted he's home every weekend.

Where are you in Florida? (general area, not your address! LOL)

Here's a thought that's a little out of the box.. I got my first full time trucking job with a crane company (I got my CDL while working for a south FL city, but did other jobs along with driving....). The decent sized companies are always looking for drivers to haul mobile crane's counter-weights and equipment, as well as tower crane sections and equipment...You don't necessarily need any special skills (to start at least), they usually pay pretty decent (hourly + overtime), you are home nightly about 99% of the time, AND if you are interested you can usually end up (down the road) getting trained how to operate cranes....One thing though- there is a fair amount of physical labor involved, especially if you get assigned to the mobile cranes (ie- crane setup, respooling hoist cables, etc.)
If interested, I would suggest checking out-
