Just Google the co DMV and call and ask them. Better info than you will get on here.

Thanks..
I google it and is saying they accept permits. And I'll call them but I was thinking if someone know and have done it before. -
It has been a lot of years ago, but back in 2000 or so, I transferred my Utah CDL to Arizona, then in 2001 transferred it from Arizona to Colorado, then in 2004 transferred it back to Utah again. It can be done. If my memory serves, I was able to do it without taking any tests, but that was then, and this is now, and things change.

I don't know about now..
I checked online and they accept but I just wanna make sure about it.
thank you so much -
You just have to bring something that proves you are a resident of Colorado with you to a DMV office that processes CDLs.

A license I can see yes (maybe) but not a permit.
I posted a question about a LICENSE transfer from CT to NC and got "best to call" the state you are moving to. For me needed all up to date license/medical card proof of where I was living and proof of insurance on a personal car or would need to insure my DCL license.
So call CO DMV and make sure they know it is a PERMIT you want to transfer.
Good luck

You can transfer a permit. Its done all the time when students come to Missouri to train at Prime Inc.
