Under certain circumstances, you can drive over a 16 hour period.
You can do this if:
You have returned to your home terminal every night for the last 7 tours of duty, or since your last 34 hour restart.
and
You have not used the 16 hour exception within the last 7 tours of duty, or since your last 34 hour restart.
and
You use the extra time to return to your home terminal.
You still only have 11 hours of drive time, but you can extend your 14 by 2 more hours. -
Eflowcire Thanks this.

Eflowcire Thanks this. -
Electronic logs don't tell you how much you have left on your 8, 14 or 70, they only tell you how much drive time you have left.
edit: I re-read what I wrote and was quoted by PJ, and I certainly WAS clear.

His dispatcher "adjusted" his log for him. E-logs are all bout safety y'know.
Flybynight041 Thanks this. -
You can remotely adjust an ELOG from people PC. Elogs are just as easy to manipulate as paper.
