I try to avoid the truckstop restaurants. They are usually over priced and of questionable quality.
I also only eat in smoke free restaurants.

I cook for the week before i go out. Pack in plastic containers, keep in my fridge and heat up in my 12v oven for dinner. Usually keep cereal bars and bananas for breakfast and keep sandwich meat in fridge for lunch. Rarely ever eat at a truck stop. I keep can soup and packaged hormel prepared dinners in truck for those times i don't make it home before my food runs out.
