I am looking debating between a couple of flatbed companies currently. I am stuck between jones brothers trucking out of Missoula MT or Melton out of Tulsa ok.
I have a clean MVR and a clean criminal background, also have been looking at relocating to The Missoula, Bozeman area sometime in the future.
i am wondering what people have personally experienced from either company as a new driver or experienced driver.
Flatbed for a recent cdl graduate.

I don't have any experience with either, but I have seen many people talk highly of Melton Truck Lines here on TTR (I have not seen a single negative thing). I'm sure someone else will chime in. Good luck.
Chinatown Thanks this. -
Melton has driver facing cameras now. Great company until the cameras. I'd go with Jones Bros.

I just came off my trainers truck and will be getting my truck on Monday. So far I had a good experience at Melton. A new driver goes through an 8 day orientation, then 21 days with a trainer and after he gets his own truck. Good pay and great benefits. Some trucks now have driver facing cameras that come on if you hit your breaks hard, or have any hard jerking movement, they are not on all the time. My trainers truck didn't have a driver facing camera. I don't know if the truck I will be getting has one, but to be honest I don't care if it has one or not.

I have also heard a lot of good about Melton. I'm looking at jones bros because I like smaller companies and want to move to montana in a couple years. I want to be closer to s terminal to be a little more often later on down the road.
