This is my 1st year truckin,workin for a local guy.tried to on with Werner speeding ticket stopped me(I know they r last resort)but guy i am working for is too slow.I am thinking about buying my own truck(been reading Broncrider's thread,good stuff).How tough is it for somebody with no otr and his own truck to get loads.Any help would be appreciated.

You have much to learn. And there is much information available on the O/O threads and forum.
I'd suggest taking a few days (if not weeks) to go through that information, then coming to some kind of decision. It'll be much longer before you pull your first load as an O/O, so you have time.
You're going to have to decide whether to lease on with a company or get your own authority. Many, many other things that will affect your ability to find or pull freight. -
I'm not even a trucker yet but I've seen one constant warning on trucker boards to new people and that is to stay away from leasing and going he O/O route. It might can be done but experienced people highly recommend at least getting OTR exerience and learning the industry well enough to make enough money to live and pay the bills starting out.
