I have watched the same guy post loads for one rate and then post a little later for less money, then post a little later for less, then post a little later for less. Not a problem in my opinion by itself, however, this guy is telling trucks he will get them a confirmation and then will repost after. We fell for this around a month ago, same guy, and it's sad to see he is still at it. Am I wrong in thinking that this is bad business? If I give a verbal commitment to hold my truck, I never jump ship because I seen a better load, I bite the bullet.

I've never had anything like that happen. I believe it's wrong and unethical. Maybe he should be reported.

I only had it happen once, same guy. Usually we get the "The shipper isn't shipping it". But this guy takes the cake. I am in the spot quite a bit, so I see him doing this just about every time I am here. Oh well, I just wanted to see if people are seeing this allot or if I am off base.

Who would you report something like this too? Just curious

Don't know for sure. Maybe the loadboard? Don't know if brokers have any governing body that watches over their practices.
