Pothole is more right than you may think.
Look at how medical cases are carried thru.
Someone has to front a LOT of money to prove the injuries were brought by the site, with the knowledge of CRST, with malice aforethought.
Proof is VERY expensive. Lawyers aren't going to front that money unless it's a dead bang case. They will require you to do it and when they finally see this case has some merit, they'll convert it to a contingency case, and then if there's LOTS of money, perhaps a class action.
Just look at who has the money to play the game.
The case can go on for years, and probably would.
How do I know? Been there, done that.

Is CRST normally a good company? Other than this particular case, which could happen to anyone. You don't always know what previous people have done in a place that you end up buying. Thanks!

My personal experience with CRST is that they are not so bad
but if you are a rookie watch out for the oo's who are trainers, these guys think its really cool to sucker you.
