They have a terminal in Indy. I looked into them and thought the pay was low.

not my idea of a good place to work. typical company thinking that the drivers are a dime a dozen. do as told or find another source of income. just my opinion.

Starting pay- .32 1/2 cents for up to 3 years experience. .34 for 3 years and over. 2¢ fuel Bonus paid each month if you can keep it at 6.5 mpg. Been working here for about a year MTS Martin Transportation Services. Yes you are at the mercy of the automotive plants as it is 100% auto parts. You get paid holidays after 1 year-Thankgiving day,Christmas Day. 2 Years-Add new years day,4th of July. And so on until you have all major holidays and the day after Thanksgiving and Christmas Eve. You can either stay out 5 days and get all weekends off or get a local job home everyday and weekends off. At one Point I was bringing home $1,000 a week home everyday then after 3 months things changed and I'm bringing home a little more than half of that so it is unpredictable how long the local run your assigned will last but overall it's just an OK company.

Still employed here. They still have all the same pay but I think they are starting some people off at. 36 for certain runs. They got me on a good lane for the past 6 months making $950 flat rate per week home everyday off weekends. If your interested I would just ask what lanes they offer and pick the one with the best payout. You may get lucky and do pretty Well for yourself. Local runs pay a flat rate which is more than mileage pay so keep that in mind. Good luck

That's before taxes. It's 540 miles round trip drop&hook. Takes 9 hours including your 30 min break at the shipper. Trucks drive 70 and all loads are under 20k lb. It's $190 A day 5 days a week. I think that's pretty #### good for home everyday.

This is 2019 trucks run 67-68. They still think drivers are a dime a dozen. They must remember they get what they pay for. They worry about safety but some in safety dept have no trucking experience but will gladly tell you what you are doing wrong. CSA points are a problem here. Instead of paying a person a few more cents per mile they would rather the person who has cost them no points and has no tickets/accidents to quit and go somewhere else. I have a dedicated run but should someone be sick they will ask if I can cover it if it’s within my hour s of work.
