I was working for YRC Glen Moore when on December 16, 2001 they were purchased by Celadon Trucking out of Indianapolis, IN. I have had the unfortunate pleasure of working for them now for 3 weeks. I am paying almost double for ins. as what I was paying and getting half the benefits. I am also been sitting more than I have been moving. The impression that I get from what I am seeing is that because the agreement made to hire all Glen Moore drivers in at their same rate of pay they are trying to make us quit and that is fine with me. I have a 17 year clean record and a Attorney that moniters my DAC file for any thing that may be put in it that is wrong. My advice to any one seeking Employment with Celadon Trucking to please think long and hard before you jump in this company.

Is that "Preacher's Kid" or "Preacher Skid?" Sorry. I just had to ask, considering the meanings are entirely different. Heh...
For what it's worth, you aren't the only person complaining about this change. Good luck to you. -

They are doing the same thing to the former Lisa/AE drivers they picked up when they bought FFE's Dry division.
