Truckloads turn over is reported to hover around 100%. It has been that way for decades! Since it is self reported, the numbers is significantly smaller than the real number.
LTL is around 8%. Your have to wait for someone to die to get one of those jobs. If you averaged those numbers you still would not get 49% since LTL employes more people.
It is hard to get figures but McDonalds turn over is said to be around 80% and many of those people consider MickyDs a temporary summer jobs.

I drove past a Navajo Express Terminal here in Phoenix. I'm looking for a job, problem is I've been out of trucking for five years. So, right now I'm willing to look at all opportunities just to get back in a truck. Can Navajo help me?

They(Navajo) don't pay the best but if you want to get back into it Navajo express is not a bad way to go. I was there for two years.
Mackel Thanks this. -
Thanks! Driving for them for 2 years says a lot. They can't be all bad. Maybe not the best but, that's trucking 😳. I'll give them a call and see what happens.

Their insurance was really good. If you live in Phoenix then you will stay in the West alot. Goodluck and welcome back to the madness!
