I've personally drove for them 15yrs. And several more drivers with 10 years plus just got the boot. approx. 20 drivers were let go for know reason in the last month. Ask them why panther does'nt have a answer. but if you had a high dollar contract with panther from years ago. they are definitly starving you out on purpose. So they want all the money like they always have.There hiring convicted felons now. No Cdl's required for cargo vans. your running over hours with know appreciation. So that's what you get in the end for dedicated service the boot. If you work for panther or thinking about it. PLEASE DON'T GO THERE WITH A TRUCK PAYMENT !! YOU WILL BE FILING BANKRUPTCY!!! JUST BEWARE IT'S REALLY A STRESSFUL COMPANY!!
