hey nosey, i cant tell if youre bashing the company or defending it with those questions.

I haven't driven for Mr. Wagner personally, but have heard that he pays his guys on time, gets them home on weekends, and has helped more than one employee out of a bind and those are just the stories that I have heard. I just don't understand someone bashing a guy or a company unless he has a legitimate reason and from what I can tell bgxlchamps doesn't have one. He just likes to complain.

yea, but he will find it difficult to find drivers with what he offers. He only pays $200 of your health insurance, you pay the rest, only offers you $300 vacation pay which is really nothing when you take out taxes and insurance. Sure he gets drivers home, but these type of offers are not really that good. heck, who can afford a vacation if youre week off is only paid not even 1/4 of your average salary. I just think that hiring sign of his will be up all year every year. He would have to offer something better to entice applicants to come in and apply.

His favorite motto is "Wagner Speaking" and "yes sir". He is the rudest individual I have ever met in my life.. Let alone worked for!! He will run you around the scales and then pay you for the shortest distance. Always hauling over weight 83,000 +.. .34 cents a mile.. Who wants to drive a truck for .34 cents a mile?! He is very late on paying you. I got paid ONCE a month!!! He can take that pager system and shove it up his ###!! Nothing is ever his fault... ALWAYS the drivers! He runs illegal log books and tells you to figure it out the best you can on the books! A lot of his drivers are very rude and over barring (Wagner must rub off on them) I understand now why he has empty trucks sitting on the yard with no drivers. Who wants to work for someone like this .34 cents a mile?!

 

Any update on this company? I was offered a job here and was thinking of taking it if things have changed. He told me he pays .40 a mile and 300 for insurance and 500 for vacation.

 

Wow!!! He really upped the ante to get meat in the seat! Where do I sign up???
