Link America.. BAD

I was at the Lakeland yard on Wednesday morning and saw Josh the terminal manager do some things that left me, a couple of drivers, a DM and a few new recruits angry!!! Josh S is a racist. There were 3 drivers there for displinary reasons. Two black drivers and one white driver.

Driver #1 who's black was late for a water load ( first time offense ) because he ran out of hours. He was 10 minutes from Sam's. Night time wouldn't let him do a safe haven. It's all recorded on Peoplenet because driver show us conversation. Josh fired him beacuse of that.

Driver #2 who's black started having chest pains after he delivered his water load took himself to the emergency room. He contacted his DM on PEOPLENET. DM told him to go to emergency room. DM cancels load, they kept driver overnight for observations. Driver had doctor's note, they cleared him. Driver had severe gas pains. Josh fires him for not picking up pre-plan water load.

Driver #3 who's white gets in two accidents. The first one a fender bender..The second one he wrecks and totals a car. Driver #3 was at fault he got tickets for both accidents. Josh rewards him by giving him a Peterbilt truck...


Josh fired both black drivers without them knowing. He gave both drivers loads to Lakeland for re-power not knowing they were gonna get fired. He treated disrespectly and never gave them the oppurtunity to go home and clean out there trucks.He rudely rush them off the property, only gave them a little time to get some things out there trucks and told the shop whatever left put in storage, just clean up this trucks for Friday's orientation class.


While he's embarrassing the black drivers, the white driver who total a car, sent a lady to the hospital is moving into his new Peterbilt truck laughing and joking with Josh in the parking lot. For Josh to do this not only in front of your experience drivers but also in front of the new recruits and a DM let's me know that Josh S is a racist..


I've heard stories about Link America and there good ole boy system. I didn't want to believe it but now I do...LINK AMERICA CARES FOR THE GOOD OLE BOYS and not anybody else..
