DON"T GO TO WORK FOR USA Transport LLC! Bad Company

The person who owns USA Transport can barely afford to pay his drivers! He owns 2 trucks and acts like he owns a fleet. He can barely afford to put tires on the truck and can't pay you on time. This guy hires "Contractors" with no contract and treats them like full employees but will not pay Workers Comp Insurance or pay taxes. I heard that a guy may have to sue him to get back pay and money that was "escrowed". This owner took $1K of this guys money and still has not paid him. All I have to say is BEWARE of small operations like this who think they can get away with this. They will steal your hard earned money and you will have to hire an attorney to get it back.

 

Can I also add that this is USA Transport LLC in Missouri - don't want to blacklist another company with a similar name..... there are many out there

I wish I was talking out of my butt, that would be pretty entertaining!!! But, no I have facts - I personally know the guy. He got ripped off. Good guy too, plays by the book.
