    # 1 What company

    # 2 Did you sign on?

    # 3 Some of those are pretty common sense and major violations, the others though are kinda BS.

Are they in the business of freight transportation, or making income from fining drivers?

First of all the company is in IL state..I did but after they told me again I took my whole application back and left them 2nd day before I drove any truck or hauled a load for them. The name is triple D express, inc. After setting there waiting for truck to get fixed. It's suspicious company cause the name of the company is different for the name on the building.

No they in business and they paying (1099). I saw a driver he had an accedint in OH before a month that was about 50 cars and around 28 truck as he said(driver) and he was first truck but still he will pay the deductible.

So did you or did you not sign on? Because if you did and any of it happened you are responsible and have no recourse because you signed the contract. That's the beauty of a contract. You can read it and make the decision if you can live with it or not, and if you decide that you cannot you can simply not sign and walk away.

Little advice for you. When you're handed a contract or a driver's manual, read it carefully. When employed by any company, you're beholden to the policies they set forth. ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS do your due diligence and know what it is you're getting into.

I did sign it. But I took the whole application with me. Didn't give them back. And I shred it in my house.
