This company REQUIRES that you run overweight, over hours, and blind bill loads as a condition of employment. I know. I worked for them for 7 years till I developed AFIB (irregular heartbeat). It is typical to work 3 weeks (16-20 hours/day) before getting a 34 hour break! Grossing as much as 100,000# is not unheard of. Typically you'll gross 85,000-95,000# on 5 axles. They'll pay you're overweight tickets, but it still goes on you're record. They WILL NOT pay log book violations, even though they REQUIRE you to falsify you're log. Good luck.

7 years? You couldnt have felt that strongly against their rules if you stayed 7 years. What really happened? Did they refuse your unemployment so now you're looking for revenge?

You obviously don't know squat about how companies can run over drivers in Texas. FMCSA is investigating their practices. I also have all 7 years of records to prove it. If you want I'll mail several months of records to show you.
    Thanks for you're support.

Thanks for you're support of a fellow driver and the concern for my health.

The money was good. I liked the work (hauling crude oil) and the other drivers were good people.

Obviously companies in Ca. Operate differently than in Texas. The $ was good and other drivers good people.

No one made you run illegal..you chose to do so...why is it so hard for people to accept responsibility for their action...

I know Texas very well.. I've pulled many.many loads of crude out of the refineries in Texas city & Lake Charles. I don't need "evidence"..If they told you to rob a bank or sell drugs ,would you do it? ..You can and will go to jail if you hurt or kill some poor soul while you are violating HOS...

    drvrtech77 Thanks this.

You are right about HOS. What I did for 7 years was wrong. I should have stood up early on and quit. But that does not change the fact that PE continues to operate without repercussions. Everything I've accused them of is true. Help me shut down companies like this and save lives. I've been very blessed in that I've only had 1 responsible accident in 3.3 million miles, even violating HOS rules. Your situation seems to be unique. I've never heard of loads coming out of refineries. I've only heard of crude going into refineries.

it was unique, our company would transport crude from tanks and tank farms that were either closing or repairing and we empty out tanks and move the product to another farm or refinery
