I am sorry you have been left with this impression of how we do business. Our staff works diligently to ensure all drivers are paid fairly. We are not in the business of short paying our drivers, and any mistakes made during the billing process are quickly rectified. As you may know, any unforeseen charges outside of the rate we first provide our customers require approval, additional processing and paperwork to invoice and pay these out. We pay our drivers 71% of the haul and 100% of the FSC our customers pays us. Every time. The rates my fluctuate, but the percentages do not. If you make less money, trust that we are making less money. If you make more money, we make more money! That being said, we acknowledge that our drivers work hard and when they succeed, we succeed. If we did not have a strong relationship with our drivers and customers, we could not keep our business growing as we have been.

I do not appreciate your ill-informed personal attack on Augusto, our driver's biggest ally, who has been known to forego his own commission against advisement from others to pay drivers more money. He works 24/7 to locate good freight and keep you guys busy, negotiating the best rates possible. This has directly impacted the success of Land Transportation (a division of the Evan's Network of Companies) in Alpharetta, GA. I'm sorry you feel you had a bad experience while working with us. Had you communicated your concerns more effectively, perhaps we may have been able to help you. I wish you great success in your future endeavors.
