    Don't work for this company if you don't like sleeping. Still runs paper logs doesn't care about your 11/14 hour rule. Illegal as you can get. Never get the proper rest. Trailers are old as can be, trailers tandems won't slide. Hastled by the DOT all the time.

    FMCSA needs to make them go e-logs bad!

    Lol thats why their called iceland and not their real name indian valley they swiched names for a reason and their always advertising on cl around here.

    Yep the owners can't get insurance to save there butt. So there are two companies under there sons. Iceland Transport & Lenape.

    I left over two weeks ago. The women upstairs are rude and they try and dispatch you when you have NO hours. They give you your 10 hour break BUT where ever your last stop is, is when your 10 hour break starts. Ex: Last stop Washington D.C. 7pm. They want you running again at 5am. They want you back in Allentown every night so if you don't get back to Allentown til 1am you have 4 hours left for sleeping. Not cool!

    Money wasn't bad. I made every week about $800.00 every week after taxes.

    DOT loves to pull you over. When they see Iceland trucks or Lenape they pull you over right away

    Companies like this are the reason why theres elogs.800 after taxes isnt all that great around here when you can run local and make that.Im surprised you even made that.I was going to work for them in 98 and the only way to make money was if you lumped the freight yourself.Lol i was hired after taking a road test in a 359 pete descent older truck called me told me my truck number be at yard at midnight when there found my assigned truck a 377 pete first thing i noticed was a smashed fuel tank,get into truck notice the dash with gauges missing just holes where they were suppose to be.That was enough for me got back into my pickup and left thats all i needed to see.

    That's one way to your track record clean .....don't drive trucks begging to be pulled over , banged up equipment sends a message sayin: pull me over ,i don't have my ducks in a row ,my boss doesn't care as long as he's makin the $ ,as for me ?
    I don't care neither ,too tired to think about it .....opps sorry ,i didn't mean kill anyone they wouldn't fix the rotten front end
