Do not work for sharp transit out of springfield oh or North Carolina

If i had to call in every morning to see if im working or not .....that would be enough to make me look for a real job off the bat for one thing .....i probly wouldn't be expecting much from the company after that ....bottom line is always
...."how much do they wiegh in at " ....no matter what the policies are

I know for a fact one week tops is about all I could take.No reason why your life should be put on hold everyday.Tell me the night before or im not coming in.They can find loads before your done for the day rather then wait till dispatch gets there to start looking.Then ecpecting me to work all my available hrs and then some,ain't happening.

 

Just because the staff within the company can make plans ahead doesn't mean drivers should revolve their life around the company.I won't do that.If companies feel they come first then fire me because I won't change to make their like easier.
