I bet that 27% is after fuel and other expenses, then you get that 27 from the final amount.. So lets say the load paid them $3500 and after deduction the amount was $1200 you get your percentage based off that final figure.. This is not uncommon, I have worked for a company that did just that.. I still made decent money, but to bad they filed for Bankruptcy is why I left..
