    I worked for this reefer company for a few months. In that time I had one load that they did not mess up and ask me to drive illegal to make up for. If you like cutting your 10 hour break in half, dodging scales, driving on public roads while out of hours etc. as well as shoddy equipment and one of the worst benefits package in the industry give this company a try.

    My friend works for them and they screw him around a lot. I always like to hear his stories of the lies and of course its always the drivers fault attitude.

    You can be the best driver in the world but if you have an accident while out of hrs guess what? ....
    You are no longer a truck driver!!!
    .... It doesn't even have to be your fault in the accident , someone else could clip your trailer or anything
    Next time stand your ground, it is very easy for dispatch to reschedule the load than to risk your driving career for their sake

    Sounds like a typical outlaw reefer company.
    Been there done that. It ain't worth the risk anymore.

    These type of companies don't reschedule loads.
    They find drivers that have no other options and
    Will do anything for a paycheck.

    He is a good driver I worked with him. The company pays well because it LTL so lots of stops. Its all the B.S. he has to put up with like dispatchers that don't know how to schedule -pick ups in so cal. If he would of just went where I went he would of been good to go! Im pretty sure he will be done with them in a year to much drama!
